How to find your missed calls

Most phone services keep a list of calls you didn't answer. Count a typical week, then use that number for your free Missed Call Check.

RingCentral

  1. On your phone: open the RingCentral app, tap Phone, then tap the filter icon and choose Missed.
  2. On a computer: in the Admin Portal, open Call Log and choose Detailed. Each call shows whether it was missed. It shows the last 7 days unless you change the dates.

Nextiva

  1. NextivaONE app on your phone: open Calls, then tap Missed.
  2. NEXT app: click Calls, then choose Missed Calls from the All Calls menu.
